Luxurious and Modern 4 Bedroom House located opposite beach. Spectacular views of Port Phillip Bay. Swimming beach across the road. Pier, pub and local shops within 5 minute walking distance and easily accessible. Outdoor dining and BBQ available where you can relax and enjoy the amazing scenery. 2 balconies with amazing water views. 3 Smart TV's available, free WiFi, heated towel racks, hydronic heating and AC in all rooms. Elevator access available. Fully equipped kitchen with additional butler's pantry. All bed linen and towels provided at no additional charge. Walking and cycling track located across the road. Located near wineries, golf club, fine and casual dining. Please note that a bond is required 48 hrs prior to check-in. Bond will be refunded within 3 to 5 days after property inspection. It is expected that the house be left in a tidy state upon departure. Garage access is not available to our guests. Ample parking is available in driveway.

Located on the Bellarine Peninsula. Local supermarket, pharmacy, newsagency and cafes nearby - 5 min walk. St Leonards pier also 5 min walk nearby. Childrens play park, walking and bike tracks within 5 min walking distance. Close to wineries, Curlewis golf course. Portarlington only a 10 min drive. Shops and local pub 5 min walk from house. Plenty of parking available. Beach across the road. Walking track accessible across the road.
