Please note this is a PRIVATE residence. This is a private room/bathroom with a separate entrance and completely private outdoor seating area. Although the living spaces are not connected, the rooms are not sound proof. Still interested? If so...kick back and relax in this calm, stylish and luxurious space. Located on the 9th hole of Peregian Golf and only a short 7 minute drive to world class beach this luxury stay and play in sure to impress. With your own private room, TV, work station, outdoor space and bathroom this space has a high end luxury feel while boasting ultimate style and comfort. Very close to shops and BWS for all your travel needs. PERFECT for a solo guest travelling for work or wanting to pamper themselves with a luxury get away or even for a couple looking to get away to the beautiful coast for 1-2 days. The room is fully equipped with all your travel needs; microwave, fridge, kettle, shampoo etc.... as well as complimentary water, tea, coffee, snacks etc....
Welcome to our home! We are a Canadian Family of 4 + 1 (2 daughters and a furry little friend) who moved to the beautiful Sunshine Coast in 2016 from Vancouver! We are very excited to open our home to you to enjoy. Please make yourself at home- enjoy this unique, stylish and welcoming space indoors and also chill in your own private seating area outdoors.
Peregian Springs is a gorgeous family friendly community only a 7 minute drive to Peregian Beach and 3 minute drive to local shops (Coles, BWS, Restaurants, Coffee etc..) . Luxury Stay and Play is part of a private residence located at the end of a cul de sac on the 9th hole of Peregian Golf Course in a beautiful modern and new street. With a lush bush backdrop, the property surrounds itself with amazing birds and stunning sunsets.
