If your after the fast life and have an unlimited budget then we're probably not for you. Magnetic Island Bed and Breakfast is located a short walk from Horseshoe Bay set among tropical gardens at the base of the mountain. An abundance of wildlife can be found in the gardens. Griffin the family dog roams freely as do the chickens which provide us daily with fresh eggs. If only had one word for the property I would use the word "Relaxing". It's not only the way we like it but our guests too. Whilst all the bays on the island are beautiful Horseshoe Bay offers the advantages of a hotel, restaurants, convenience store as well as the important water sports. Whether you like kayaking, paddle boards, swimming, fishing or even horse riding you can find it all at Horseshoe Bay. Many of the beautiful walking tracks also start and finish at the bay. On the last Sunday of each month you will find The Horseshoe Bay Market by the beach where you can grab something to eat and drink, a relaxing massage or that special souvenir. So if your interested in taking a holiday from your holiday, a place to unwind and relax then we're meant for you.
Horseshoe Bay has a swimming net for the stinger season which is from November through to end April. It also has fun water activities for the children such as paddle boats, tube rides, canoe hire and jet ski hire. There are plenty of pretty walks - some easy and others testing but all are interesting. There are free BBQ's on all the Bays which are cleaned every morning and it is a wonderful chance to cook lunch or dinner right on the beach under the palm trees.
