Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that apartments are serviced once a week. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Please note that foreshore works will be taking place Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and are expected to continue until mid-2026. There may also be additional construction activity in the surrounding area that is not related to the property. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
