For on-site assistance, I am 30 min away. Please this unit is privately managed; we ask you to not disturb the resort reception team to any matter. There are 1 set of stairs to access the unit that is on the 1st floor.

For the kids, there is a playground located 30m and a skateboard park only 80m along a path, which leads to several patrolled beaches, shops, cafes, fuel station and grocery store. 🛏️ The Space Our beautifully styled apartment features: 🛌 3 calming bedrooms with queen beds, soft linens, and ample storage ☀️ A spacious open-plan living and dining area flooded with natural light 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen for easy meals and long family brunches 🌅 Private balcony with sea breezes—perfect for coffee or sunset moments 📺 Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and beach essentials for your comfort 👶 A portable cot and high chair available on request (please bring your own child linen) NOTE: There are One (1) set of stairs to access the unit that is on the 1st floor- NO ELEVATOR. The unit complex is beachfront located, with garden views from the balcony. 🏖 Resort facilities are heated pool, spa, gym, tennis court, mini Basketball court, access direct to the sand beach. 🏖 3 Golf Course close by, within 10 minutes driving - Twin Waters Golf Club- Maroochy Rive Golf Club & Mount Coolum Golf Club.
