Nestled between the Mudjimba Surf Beach and the Maroochy River, this townhouse is a tranquil, peaceful haven far away from the crowds; it’s the perfect retreat for a relaxed holiday with family or friends where sun, surf and sand are the order of the day. This home is beautifully styled, spacious and simplistic. The property stretches over 2 levels, is fully fenced and has a small grassy yard in the back for kids and pets to play. It has parking for 1 car in the driveway. Small dogs are welcome upon application. This 2 bed, 2 bath townhouse has two very spacious bedrooms upstairs both with ensuites, and offers plenty of seating and lounging options downstairs.
