Immerse yourself in the quaint country lifestyle from this idyllic home in central Mudgee. Nestled on one of the town’s most sought-after tree-lined streets, it provides plenty of space for those travelling in a group. Starting at the main house, you’ll find multiple living zones to spread out and relax. The main living and dining area offers full-length windows overlooking the garden, filling the space in beautiful natural light. Come together around the dining table, kick back on the linen-clad lounges or work remotely at the dedicated study nook. A full kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, and you’ll also find plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants close by. A sitting room doubles as a library and is well stocked with books for your reading pleasure. The main house also has two fireplaces to get cosy in front of during winter, while a pool in the backyard encourages sun-soaked days outside. Each bedroom has been beautifully presented for a good night’s sleep, with central air-conditioning and heating throughout. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, and the second has a queen. Bedrooms three and four both include two king single beds, which can be set up into full kings upon request. In the main house there are two tasteful bathrooms with generous rain showers, one of which also has a bathtub. The studio is bright and spacious, fitted out with a queen-sized bed, full kitchen, ensuite bathroom and access to the quaint courtyard. Parking is available on the driveway along with free street parking. Feel free to request additional amenities for an extra fee, such as a porta cot, cot linen and towel, a high chair, or a rollaway bed suitable for a small child, including bedding and linen. Pool towels are provided for all guests.

Nestled just under four hours’ drive west of Sydney, the town of Mudgee is renowned for its wineries and flourishing food scene. Its winemaking dates to the 19th century, with notable cellar doors including Lowe Wines, Robert Stein Vineyard and Logan Wines. Meander the colonial streetscapes filled with produce stores, cafes and boutiques, and shop for local produce at the Mudgee Fine Foods Farmers’ Markets, held in the picturesque grounds of Robertson Park. While visiting the region, you can explore World Heritage-listed Wollemi National Park, home to scenic walking trails, canoeing and kayaking tours.
