Evenings on the alfresco watching the gorgeous sunset over the waterways. Perfect location for kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. Watch the fireworks & Christmas/Australia Day from your own patio. Luxury bathrooms & kitchen. Your own Double garage, even room for a small boat/JetSki. Suitable for x4 adults & x2 Child
