Enjoy a lovely stroll 600m from the beach. Relaxing break from the beach this brand new holiday home has been constructed late 2015 and is a home away from home. It caters for couples, families with young children or friends that want a weekend break near the beach. There is some much to do along the Pennisula Bay this holiday home is in the best location to take advantage of it all. The beach house comprises of 4 spacious bedroom with large built in wardrobe and 2 bedrooms. There is a lounge/retreat are upstairs along with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. Downstairs comprises of large living room, kitchen, dining area, 2 sapcious bedrooms. bathroom, toilet and laundry. The bedroom locations are suitable for people that are unable to walk upstairs or prefer sleeping facilities on the ground level. The homes sleeps up to 10 adults and 2 infants/toddlers. 2 Bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. There are 2 king beds and 2 queen size beds at the property. There is also a portable cot and high chair available for use by guests. In total there are 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. There is free NBN WiFi at the property. This truly is a Home away from home all you could ask for a holiday house.
Enjoy spending time at the beach and dining along the Peninsula with family and friends.
