Now with free high-speed (NBN) wi-fi!!! The open plan living area and three bedrooms have a new floating floor. The theme for the property decor is “Nordic Retro Beachhouse” (is that even a thing? We think its a thing!). A colour palette of white, grey and black complements the natural timber of the furniture, and captures some of the landscape of a winter in Europe. One of the interesting art pieces is a canvas print of a 19C map of Copenhagen. The brand new kitchen has stainless steel dishwasher, electric ceramic cooktop and oven. The adjacent dining area has a stunning 70’s timber dining setting that seats 10 people (when fully extended). The living area has a big screen full HD TV, an Apple TV box with Netflix, and a sound bar. Like all our properties (and our home), the bookshelf is fully stocked with a great collection of literary fiction and some airport novels! DVDs, CDs and a collection of games are also provided so there will be plenty to do and enjoy whilst relaxing at this lovely house. There is, of course, fast WiFi available throughout the house. All three bedrooms look out to the vineyard and olive grove. The main bedroom has an extensive built in wardrobe with a brand new ensuite bathroom (shower, vanity and toilet). It has a Queen Size pillow top bed. The second bedroom has a double bed with built in robes. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (two singles) and built in robes. The two rear bedrooms are conveniently located opposite the bathroom (with a bath) and separate toilet. The property sleeps 6 people in four beds. Please note that the property sleeps up to 5 adults only (the top bunk bed is not suitable for adult). SCHOOLIES – separate pricing will be confirmed after booking.

Best Beach, Walks & Parks Encounter Wetlands A lovely walk particular in windy conditions as its far more sheltered than the beach. Located at Matthew Flinders Drive (on the other side of Tabernacle Road) this reserve has shelters and a walking path to enjoy this natural haven. Encounter Wetlands is an attractive parkland area that utilises the natural wetlands of Encounter Bay. Esplanade Nothing beats walking along the ocean – there is a sealed path that takes you all the way from The Bluff (at the far end of Franklin parade) to Goolwa (passing through Victor Harbor, Hayborough, Port Elliot and Middleton). There are doggy bag spots along the way John Crompton Reserve John W Crompton Reserve – corner of Tabernacle and Nicholas Boudain, a lovely park with play equipment, gardens and a beach on the lake. Great for small and big kids alike. Kent Reserve Located at the Victor Harbor end of Franklin Pde, this large park has a small basketball court, adult gym equipment, BBQ facilities, shelters and toilets Lakala Reserve Pt. Elliot This very popular reserve features two large ponds where you can relax and enjoy the wildlife. It is a perfect picnic spot with BBQ facilities where the kids can run around and play in the playground. Port Elliot Dog Park A brilliant secure area for your dogs to play and exercise. Complete with balls, tunnels, mounds, water and lots of other fun things for dogs. Head to Tottenham Rd, Pt Elliot, then Leeds St, Cameron St and Kurramin St.
