Our three bedroom spacious beach house is comfortable and contemporary, equipped to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible! On the beach side of the freeway in a prime location, with just a five minute walk to beach, restaurants, bars, cafes, the Dromana pier, supermarket and all shops. The house has three bedrooms (two queen-sized and one with twin singles that can be reconfigured into a King if requested), an open plan living, dining kitchen area plus an additional living room with a table tennis table to keep you fit! Main features of the house: - Open plan living, dining, kitchen - 3 bedrooms: - Master with queen-sized bed, walk-in robe and ensuite - Queen-sized second bedroom with built-in robes and access to outdoor living area - Third bedroom with two single beds (which, on request, can be configured as a King-sized bed) - Second living area with table tennis table - Ducted heating - Reverse cycle air conditioner/heater - Flat screen TVs with Netflix - DVD player and assorted DVDs - Playstation 3 and various games - Bluetooth speaker - Gas BBQ - Modern well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher - Washing machine and dryer - Outdoor dining area - Two separate outdoor lounge settings - Various board games to keep everyone entertained!

All the attractions of the Mornington Peninsula at your doorstep! Including wineries, hot springs, pristine beaches (both surf and family-friendly), breweries, golf courses, Arthurs Seat chair lift, Enchanted Adventure etc. A short stroll to Dromana pier, the beach, shops and cafes & restaurants. The beach, shops, restaurants and cafes are all a short stroll away. You can arrive, park up and not move your car for the whole stay!
