There's also a lively local pub just across the road that features live music on some evenings, usually wrapping up around 10:30pm. If you're looking for a stay with charm, personality, and a bit of local flavor, this spot is a great fit! Please read our listing thoroughly to find BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has a wardrobe space for your luggage and is equipped with a split system AC for both heating and cooling. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You may need to restock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. The kitchen is equipped with: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery We stock a simple food selection for breakfast, such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 50" smart TV, which you can use to access your Netflix account. It also has access to all local channels. We don't provide subscriptions to Netflix and other online streaming platforms, so you must use your account. LAUNDRY AREA: The laundry room at the back of the property has two washing machines and a dryer for your use. There are also outdoor clotheslines, pegs, and washing baskets available. Please note that washing detergent is provided, but you may need to buy more during your stay. For the colder months, there is an indoor clothesline in the lounge room cupboard. Remember to use your code throughout your stay and lock the building after use to prevent unauthorized access. FOR PARKING: There is a guest-only carpark at the rear of the complex.
