Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Can walk to Coolum (0.9km) to enjoy the beach, cafes, pub, RSL etc. Or stay at home and cook on BBQ, relax on own decking, enjoy a beer or wine. A young child can be accommodated, extra bedding, just let us know. Enjoy smart tv with Netflix if required, and of course Wifi available.
I am a POM, a former UK resident, who became a Kiwi and now resides in Aussie. Which make support for international sporting matches interesting. I do like cricket, still play over 60's and umpire grade matches. Most of leisure time, other then cricket is spent bush walking, cycling or gardening.
Quiet neighborhood. This is not a party house. Elevated position and good views to Mt Ninderry, and on a good day enjoy great sunsets. Car really required. Carport parking available. If flying in from Interstate to Sunshine Coast Airport it is a relatively cheap Uber to the house and can walk, taxi into Coolum and surrounds.
