Pet Let is a South Australian-based manager of pet-friendly holiday homes. We started in 2009, and now operate in SA and WA . We love creating wonderful pet friendly spaces for humans and their fur kids.
SCHOOLIES - The property is available with an additional rate on bond and cleaning fee, for a maximum of 6 people ONLY, plus a higher extra guest fee per person per night in excess of 2 guests. No parties allowed at any time.
Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.

Stones Throw to Beach & Chiton Surf Club – Seaside on Seagull

This gorgeous holiday home makes the perfect beach getaway. It is tastefully renovated and furnished in a chic and relaxed beachside style. It sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms and has a modern galley kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Just 100m from the beach (with a path virtually straight in front of the house) and the new Chiton Beach Café & Restaurant, and only 1 hour from Adelaide.
There is plenty of room for everyone to chill in the spacious indoor and outdoor living areas. There are front side and rear decks to enjoy, with lovely views to the hills at the back of Pt Elliot. Listen to the waves crash on to Chiton Beach. It is pet friendly with a good sized, secure backyard (and kennel!). The kids will love the toys, games, boogie boards, and undercover sand pit. There is a Finska set for guest use. There is a high chair for those with little ones.
There are three TVs, Netflix and free WiFi for guest use. Upstairs is a split system reverse cycle AC plus ceiling fans in the two bedrooms. Downstairs has portable heating and cooling units.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including 2 fridges, a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave and a Nespresso Lattissima coffee pod machine (BYO pods).
The property sleeps 10 people (8 adults and 2 children) with the following bedding configuration:
Bedroom 1: Queen (sleeps 2)

Bedroom 3: Tri bunk (double bottom, single top) (sleeps 2 Adults, 1 Child)

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.
The property welcomes well-behaved pets indoors. The backyard has a lawned area with 2 meters high access gate is 1 meter high with no gaps.

Best Beach, Walks & Parks
Encounter Wetlands
A lovely walk particular in windy conditions as its far more sheltered than the beach. Located at Matthew Flinders Drive (on the other side of Tabernacle Road) this reserve has shelters and a walking path to enjoy this natural haven. Encounter Wetlands is an attractive parkland area that utilises the natural wetlands of Encounter Bay.
Esplanade
Nothing beats walking along the ocean – there is a sealed path that takes you all the way from The Bluff (at the far end of Franklin parade) to Goolwa (passing through Victor Harbor, Hayborough, Port Elliot and Middleton). There are doggy bag spots along the way
Horseshoe Bay
Iconic, picturesque bay & popular diving spot known for its coral reefs & variety of sea life.
John Crompton Reserve
John W Crompton Reserve – corner of Tabernacle and Nicholas Boudain, a lovely park with play equipment, gardens and a beach on the lake. Great for small and big kids alike.
Kent Reserve
Located at the Victor Harbor end of Franklin Pde, this large park has a small basketball court, adult gym equipment, BBQ facilities, shelters and toilets
Lakala Reserve Pt. Elliot
This very popular reserve features two large ponds where you can relax and enjoy the wildlife. It is a perfect picnic spot with BBQ facilities where the kids can run around and play in the playground.
Port Elliot Dog Park
A brilliant secure area for your dogs to play and exercise. Complete with balls, tunnels, mounds, water and lots of other fun things for dogs. Head to Tottenham Rd, Pt Elliot, then Leeds St, Cameron St and Kurramin St.
