Welcome to our luxurious 3 bedroom Sub-Penthouse apartment located in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Situated on level 37 of the iconic Sun City Resort, this north-east facing apartment boasts breathtaking views of both the ocean and the hinterland and is bathed in natural light making it warm and inviting throughout the year. The apartment features three beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with its own ensuite .
This is a great location, slightly to the north of Surfers Paradise itself with the light rail stop Surfers Paradise North on the doorstep. Easy access to patrolled beach only 4min walk away and from the apartment you can usually see the flags on the beach.
