Artfully crafted to maximise light and space, this one-bedroom apartment emulates its design-driven locale of Prahran. Set on a block with two other units, entering the apartment you'll find a deck that allows for breezy interiors, while air-conditioning and heating renders the property a year-round retreat. The open plan kitchen and living room is impeccably furnished with a linen-clad sofa, leather reading chair, central TV, and sheer curtains for added privacy. There’s a small table where guests can sit down to a meal at home or use as a workspace if you’re here on business. A fully catered kitchen highlights top-quality appliances to whip up a feast, along with a coffee pod machine for a slow morning. Sliding doors create privacy to the bedroom. It features a sumptuous king-sized bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is ensuite and boasts a well-sized shower, toilet and mirrored vanity, along with a washing machine for your daily convenience. Secure garage parking is provided for one small to medium car. Our property is equipped with a small quantity of basic sundries to suit a short stay or to get you started on an extended visit. We offer a selection of essentials to make your stay comfortable, including toilet paper, single-use shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tea, coffee, long-life milk, and cleaning/laundry supplies. Beds are made with linens and we provide one towel per person, bath mat, hand towel and tea towel. We do not replenish these items and encourage you to travel with additional items or purchase these locally during your stay. If staying longer-term, please contact us to arrange cleaning including fresh linens and replenishment of these supplies at an additional cost.

Neighbourhood information

Packed with eateries, bars and fashion boutiques, Prahran is a vibrant pocket of Melbourne and one of the city’s most sought-after neighbourhoods. Chapel Street runs through its centre with vintage stores and dining hotspots such as L'Hotel Gitan and Entrecôte. Roam its laneways to uncover excellent street art and pretty neighbourhood parks. Shop for farm-fresh produce at Prahran Market and check out the rotating roster of live performances at arts venue Chapel Off Chapel. From Prahran Station you can hop on a train and be in the CBD within minutes or ride the quick tram to bustling St Kilda Beach.
