This 81sqm fully airconditioned unit is one of the lowest prices for a two-bedroom unit on The Strand. Great views from the SIDE-FACING balcony as shown in the photos. Please note the apartment does not have a full front view of the ocean, but a side-facing view ----- so to avoid disappointment this aspect of the apartment is mentioned twice :) The modern, fully air conditioned, two-bedroom apartment - on the second floor - has one Queen bed in one room and one Double bed in the other. Please note, there are three flights of stairs. There is no lift. The apartment comes with Wi-Fi. The residential style two bedroom apartment is accessed via three flights of stairs. It is designed for a maximum four adults only. The apartment is fully renovated, professionally cleaned and professionally styled. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a private laundry room with washer and dryer and clothes rack. The apartment also has a Smart TV, as well as a selection of books and board games/childrens' toys. While the unit complex may not be as modern as other buildings along The Strand, and the unit not as spacious as others, we feel our price point reflects that. It has to be mentioned that this apartment is NOT a hotel or a motel. The apartment includes a small starter pack of sugar, tea, coffee, milk, body wash and shampoo. Futher items need to be purchased by guests during their stay. It is a stand alone apartment, so there is no staff on site although we are only a phone call or a message away and live close by if you need anything. Just ask! We firmly believe you will enjoy your stay at our beachside apartment :)
This beachfront 81sqm fully airconditioned unit is located along one of Townsville's best streets - The Strand. There are views from the SIDE-facing balcony to the ocean (not full frontal ocean views but side-facing as shown in the photos). The two bedroom apartment has one queen-sized bed and one double-sized bed. The second floor unit has the convenience of self check-in. There is no lift, so stairs will need to be climbed. The unit is walking distance to all Townsville beachside living, and the city, has to offer. Wi-Fi's complimentary and you've one undercover car space in front of your private laundry room.
The apartment is located along The Strand. The Strand is Townsville's most amazing visitor hotspot. The Strand has a large variety of dining options and a pub (the Seaview Hotel). The apartment is a 15 minute walk to the shopping centre that houses a large Coles, chemist, cafes, butcher, bottle shop and newsagency. The Rockpool is only a seven minute walk, and the lifeguard patrolled beach is only a five minute walk from the apartment. The ice creamery opposite the apartment complex serves beautiful coffee as well as a wide selection of ice creams :)
