Fronted by a grand verandah, the home has been beautifully refurbished with luxury inclusions retaining its original high ceilings, floorboards, French doors, and a central ornamental fireplace, while a sumptuous spa bathroom and a sunroom both have double doors opening directly onto a sunny courtyard garden. There is also a charming two-room rear studio at the rear of the property.
