Brand new funky Bali style vila. Beautiful indoor outdoor flow whole place can be opened up. Secure keypad entry with undercover off street parking. Shared Swimming pool (heated - 3 season) available on daytime hrs with waterfall feature. 2 Bedroom, TVs In all rooms with Netflix, Stan and Prime connected, Bluetooth wifi Stereo, Aircons to all rooms, indoor fireplace, small library

Ideally located 5 mins to International Airport, Bottom of the Perth Hills, 5 mins to National Parks areas, Kalamunda 5 min away, 10 mins to all major shops at the Midland area. Wineries within 15 mins -Bickley valley & Swan Valley. Local Tavern, fast food and supermarket 5 mins away. Walking distance to local golf course, close to ring roads for easy access to Perth (15km)
