Wake to the sound of the lulling waves from this beachside residence on the shores of Bonbeach. Designed to accentuate its coastal locale, it features a path that leads straight down to the water. Spend your days sprawled out on the sand or come home to enjoy a true indoor-outdoor retreat. The living area is open-plan, with sliding doors opening onto the deck, featuring a BBQ grill for enjoying with the group. There is a Nespresso Coffee Pod machine available so you can sip your morning coffee out in the fresh air or unwind in the afternoon with your favourite book. Inside, there’s a large dining table for shared meals at home and a fully equipped kitchen to whip up a feast. In the evening, relax on the leather lounge chairs, perhaps with a spot of TV, or get competitive with a game of table tennis out on the deck. Sleep easily in each of the three bedrooms, with central cooling and heating. The primary bedroom highlights a queen-sized bed with a TV, wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. The second bedroom also features a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom comes with two single beds, perfect for those travelling with kids. Refresh within the design-driven main bathroom, enjoying a soak in the freestanding tub. Both bathrooms are stocked with complimentary boutique toiletries. You’ll also enjoy the convenience of laundry facilities, ideal for longer stays. On-street parking is often available in front of the house, with additional spots usually found along the street. Please avoid parking in or across the driveway. Please note this property encompasses the entire lower level with a private side entry. The owners live above. A 110AUD charge applies for guests bringing pets.

The coastal neighbourhood of Bonbeach sits between the city and the Mornington Peninsula. It’s known for its idyllic lifestyle, with a wide sandy beach and iconic bathing boxes. The suburb is home to plenty of parks and ovals, as well as the Patterson River Golf Club. The area is also known for its scenic walking tracks through Seaford Foreshore Reserve and kayaking on Kananook Creek. You’ll find a good selection of trendy cafes at neighbouring Chelsea Beach or down in Frankston. From Bonbeach Station you can catch a train to Melbourne’s CBD.
