Tiny Zahalka House is equipped with cassette toilet and in order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our toilets, a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay. Guests are required to pay a damage deposit of AUD 200 in cash directly to the land host upon arrival. This deposit covers any potential damage to the property, including additional charges for overfilling or extra cleaning of the cassette toilet due to improper use. The tiny house must be left as found, with all rubbish and recycling sorted and placed in the bins provided, and the toilet left clean. The damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage or extra cleaning is required. For any inquiries, guests may contact the land host directly. Lastly, we would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. This tiny house is equipped with a cassette toilet and in order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilet, a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more.
