Van Demears Escapes is approximately 600 meters away from the main house in the forest and approximately 300 meters from the main road. There’s a dog yard near the main home, which may occasionally result in some noise. This tiny house is equipped with cassette toilet and in order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our toilets, a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay. Lastly, we would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
