Property information
Verano meaning "summer" in Spanish is only 20 meters from the beach access path. Architecturally designed this Mediterranean inspired holiday home in the middle of Casuarina is only a short to the beach, cafés and restaurants. Vernano features 5 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms, there is plenty of room to stay comfortably with friends and family.
The roof top viewing deck boasts incredible panoramic views of the beautiful coastline and creates the perfect spot to relax in the sun, watch sunsets and gaze at the stars. The open plan living and kitchen space opens out onto the ground level outdoor entertaining area, with a private pool and spa ( not heated) The outdoor area is furnished with a large outdoor wooden table seating 10 comfortably as well as a BBQ and stainless-steel sink and bench.
