Sprat Kuce koji ima poseban ulaz, nedavno kompletno renoviran. Pogodan za porodice sa malom djecom, posjeduje i djeciji krevetic. Kompletno opremljena kuhinja sa svim elementima. Elektricni sporet, napa, masina za sudje, kuhalo, mikrovalna.Nepusacki stan , ali ima jedna soba u kojoj se moze pusiti postavljen sto i 2 stolice samo za to, a ima i prostrana terasa na kojoj je jako lijepo i udobno.Pogdna za odmor i rostilj. U stanu mogu boraviti 4 osobe. Posjeduje privatni parking besplatan za 2 vozila. U blizini su sve prodavice. Aerodrom udljen oko 2.5km.Pogodno i za skijase i planinare. U blizini je i termalna revijera Ilidza a centar grada je oko 11km.Blizu je izletiste Stojcevac i Vrelo Bosne. U stanu je ugradjena i klima uredjaj.
