New villa in Sarajevo, Vogošća municipality for 8 people, guest privacy on 4 dunums of land with a beautiful view. The villa has 3 bedrooms (1 master bedroom), 3 bathrooms with hygiene cleaner, kitchen, balcony, Arabic majlis 40m2 with a beautiful view, two arabic tents with arabic carpets and seats, large fireplace for roasting lambs or for cooking barbeque. There are also 200 different fruit trees on the property that guests can pick and eat. Cameras, safe and alarm, two TVs, Wi-Fi. Each room has air conditioning. All beds and mattresses are professional as the best hotels use them.
It is a safe and calm area with great neighbors. When you are at the majles, all day you can listen to birds and look down at the main street which is 2 minutes by car. Also, the first supermarket is located 2 minutes from the villa, and everything is near. From the airport, it is only 15 minutes away. The old town is 20 minutes far. The road leading to the house was asphalted on July 15, 2024.
