Our Chalet is a very cosy wooden house. It has 3 floors and is spaceous enough for 8 people (Max 6 adults + 3 children) to enjoy during great weather but even during rainy days. In the basement, we have games like table football, table tennis, darts etc...
We are retired and often enjoy long hikes and biking trips. When we are not using the Sjalay ourselves, we occasionally rent it during summertime.
Our Chalet is located in the "Rechter Weiher", a natural recreational water / fishery site in the village of Recht. You find it in the valley, amidst the hills of up to 600 m altitude. Belgium's highest spot (694m) is nearby. Ideal for hiking and biking in the great outdoors. Lots of touristic sites nearby but still far away not to disturb your rest.
