- Beautiful newly built penthouse for up to 5 guests within walking distance of the beach and center - Spacious sun terrace overlooking the Normandy Park with lounge furniture - The property is equipped with all modern comforts to make you feel at home - There is air conditioning - TV and free wifi are available - There is a private underground garage to park your car or bicycles for free - There are charging stations at 100m - You can check in yourself upon arrival In addition, the apartment consists of: - One room with a queen bed and built-in closets - One room with a double bed - Velux windows equipped with obscured curtains - There is a sofa bed in the living area - The bathroom has a walk-in shower - A separate toilet in the hallway - Storage room with washing machine - Folding baby crib (0-3y) - High chair // To protect our accommodation and keep up-to-date with current regulations, you will be asked to complete a document around an exemption/deposit after booking. You will be given a choice between: 1) a partially refundable deposit 2) a non-refundable waiver.
