A master townhouse from 1913, designed by a renowned architect of the Art Nouveau period, I have recently renovated it to provide all the necessary comfort while carefully preserving its authenticity.
The trams 4 and 92, which are the two main lines for visiting the major attractions of the city center (both the upper and lower parts of the city), stop just a few meters from the house.

Brussels is divided into municipalities, and Uccle is often considered the 'upscale' and green district of the capital. It offers a peaceful environment while being close to the city center.
Trams 4 and 92, which are the ideal lines to visit the main attractions of the city center (both the upper and lower parts of the city), stop right in front of the house.
The neighborhood also offers all conveniences, including late-night shops, supermarkets, a shopping street, restaurants, and cozy brasseries.
