Stylish apartment with private parking on a very quiet location, just a 5 min drive to Bruges city Center. There is a covered lockable bicycle shed with an electric charging point inside. Charging Station for electric vehicle available on the driveway. You enter in the kitchen with all amenities included and a dining space for 4. There is a bathroom with a rain shower. The toilet is separate. The main room consists of a king size bed (180x200), a desk and a sitting corner with smart tv. The sofa can be turned into a queen size bed. (160x200). The Accommodation is fully furnished, with 90% of the price relating to the house and 10% to the furniture.
We live next door. The private entrance of the appartement is in the mutual garden. We have two children of 4 and 6 years old.
Residential area in Sint-Andries, only 3 km from the city centre of Bruges 9 min drive to ‘t Zand - the cheapest and biggest parking in the city centre of Bruges. Bus stop at 200m big supermarket at 1 km Small shop at 550m Bakery and high quality butcher at 270m Swimming pool at 500m.
