Вилата е подходяща за тийм билдинг, организиране на фирмени събития, парти, сватби и спортни мероприятия. Също и за семейни почивки. Разположена е на два етажа със седем стаи с общ капацитет 14 + 2 човека. На разположение са както отделни стаи така и цялата вила
