Our house is located in a well-equipped condominium, offering swimming pools for adults and children, a restaurant, and a large leisure area. The house is fully designed to provide comfort and security, and is located just a few steps from the sea! The condominium is located in front of the entrance to Manguinhos beach, about a 5-minute walk away. The beach is calm, without many waves and with warmer waters than the others in Búzios. The house has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). It accommodates up to 8 people.

Manguinhos is an extremely delightful neighborhood. The local commerce is extremely varied and complete, and it is self-sufficient in relation to the city center, with: pharmacies, bakeries, markets, fish market, great restaurants, home decor stores, convenience stores, gas stations, laundromats and much more! The long beach with calm, warm waters is ideal for walking and has a beautiful golden sunset! Porto da Barra is a strong tourist attraction because it is a stronghold of restaurants with various specialties. Just visit and fall in love!
