Casa estilo suiço, ampla e muito aconchegante, assoalho em madeira e teto interno todo em madeira. Lareira na sala de estar, churrasqueira portátil. Jardim externo grande, muito bem cuidado. A casa é toda cercada por telas.
Acesso muito fácil, há 800 metros do centro e próximo a supermercados e farmácia.
