Sou uma pessoa comunicativa mas não gosto de invadir e ser invadida na minha privacidade. Faço tudo como se fosse para eu usar e gosto de coisas boas! Pratico esportes e tenho a companhia de gatinhos e cachorros, que não permito que circulem junto aos hóspedes para não gerar incomodo para ninguém. Tenho vocação para servir e o local foi pensado para a pessoa poder curtir Florianópolis, seja a trabalho ou para descansar. O que precisar de mim, e for de meu alcance, será feito!
As pessoas gostam da localização, porque há vários bares e restaurantes na avenida, propiciando ao hóspede poder explorar sem necessidade de veículo. Na volta há restaurantes para todos os gostos e bolsos, assim como bares e baladas. Temos uma ciclovia ondehá locação de bicicletas por aplicativo e patinetes, praças com canchas de volei , beachtenis e futebol, além de espaços e decks feitos para relaxar! É considerado um dos melhores bairros de Florianopolis
