Back in Brazil after several years abroad, we look for a place to live in peace. We found this property and fell in love at first sight. We have made several reforms to suit our needs and comfort and to welcome our guests.

Property information

Chalet within the property Su Paradise Villa, in gated community, in the valley next to the Golf Club of Petrópolis. Surrounded by the stunning nature of the Atlantic forest, beautiful view of the mountains. With lots of privacy, ideal for rest, hiking, always in full contact with nature.

Neighbourhood information

Despite the quiet and privacy that we enjoy on the property, we are about 10 to 15 minutes from the center of Itaipava, nationally known as one of the centers of gastronomic excellence, and, close to the condominium can be found facilities such as beauty salon, supermarket, butcher, bakery, fruits/vegetables market, fishmonger, most of them with delivery service at home.
