On the 20th floor of Patteo Bosque Maia, it is located at a generous 420sq ft, has self check-in, cozy kingstar branded bed (extra pillowtop) for an invigorating night and built-in closet in the private bedroom, super equipped kitchen, induction cocktop+air debugger, 474L refrigerator+freezer, in the living room a sofa bed for extra guest, giant 50' smartv with split a/c, a huge balcony with dining table and desk for study/work with fast wifi and beautiful view of the sunset from the city.

Located in the busiest corner of Guarulhos: Paulo Faccini Avenue vs Tiradentes Avenue Close to the boardwalk and Matriz Church (Mother/Main Church) in the center. In the surroundings there are several restaurants (Mc donalds, Burguer King, Sukiya, Jun, Ragazzo, ...), bars for all tastes, supermarkets, bakeries, drugstores, banks and everyday amenities. On the same Paulo Faccini Avenue, is the cable-stayed bridge and the Bosque Maia Park. Terminal 2 at Guarulhos airport is just a few kilometers (approx. 11km) from the building.
