Property information

Newly built studio, all new and cozy offering excellent location and accessibility to the main sights of the region! Sleeps up to 4 people, with one double bed and one double sofa bed. It has all appliances for a comfortable stay, all new! The property is in the process of installing new planned furniture in October, so without photos of the interior, everything is being bought new! POOL: Medical certificate required. On site it is possible to take the exam for 35 reais. BBQ: use upon reservation and payment of cleaning fee of 100 reais. LAUNDRY: 20 reais fee. Self checkin at the concierge, flexible hours, where the biometric registration is made for access to the building.
