The Sandcastle House, Tres Cocos is a gorgeous 3-story home which was recently thoroughly remodeled. It is located in the exclusive Tres Cocos neighborhood on Ambergris Caye, approximately 10 mins from the town center. The home has a brand-new swimming pool and a beautifully build private pier with seating area and palapa for great relaxation right on the ocean. The space The Sandcastle House, Tres Cocos offer two first level units. This listing is for the entire first level which offers two spacious 1 bed / 1 bath / 1 kitchen units. The door in between the units can be left open or locked. The 2nd floor home is occasionally occupied but if not, guests are welcome to use the 2d floor and 3rd floor verandas which offer spectacular views of the ocean, and sunset views. The first level units offer a large open living room, a bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom and a spacious kitchen, there are split ac units in both bedroom and living room. The home is beachfront with a fully fenced yard and a swimming pool and a grill. The space between the fenced in yard and private pier, offers lots of beach sand for barefoot enjoyment.
