This recently renovated basement suite is pretty much close to everything! 20 minutes to airport <15 minutes to downtown 1 hour to Banff Canada Olympic park and Bowness Park (5 min) 16th ave access to Canmore (<5 min) Stoney trail/Calgary Ring Road (<5 min). Sarcee trail south (<5 min) 2 beds + one bath ~800 sq ft Bright living room with a play area for kids Laundry Surrounding area has beautiful parks and playgrounds - perfect for family outings, walks by the river or skiing. Friendly Open-minded Honest My mom lives upstairs, so if she is around she will pop in to say hi and check in on you to make sure you are comfortable from time to time.
Quiet neighborhood with nearby grocery stores (walking/driving), lots of parks, and easy access in and out of the City. Recommend driving/renting a vehicle, but public transport is available nearby as well (<5min walk) The place is located on the western side of the city, minutes drive away from: HWY1 – Excellent access to the mountains (<5min) Canada Olympic Park (<5min) Downtown Calgary (15min)
