AWESOME Location on the Napanee River. Your own Private Apt. with your very own Covered Private deck & BBQ overlooking expansive lawn, BBQ Pit and River. Huge Self Contained Apt. with Lock-off. Note: This a 'basement" Apt. but House is situated on sloping hill so Apt. is actually at ground level with Sliding Glass W/O to Deck and yard.

Lovely Greater Napanee - walk to the Napanee Falls (about a 20 Min. walk) Downtown with it's Historic buildings and many really good restaurants. We are about 30 min. from Kingston. Our house is just 5 Min off the 401. We are about 1/2 way between Toronto and Monteal - a nice stop-over if you are travelling. Ever Popular Sandbanks Park is about 40 Min.
