About this space Enjoy a comfortable and restful experience at this centrally located double extended room while you explore beautiful Barrie. Be the first to stay and play in this unique new space. Come fall in love with Barrie. We are less than two minutes to the Go train Station South Barrie. There is ample and safe street parking. The space This is a private basement suite that is accessible using the front door. This unit does not have access to yard space. The space is a large open room with a good amount of natural light as well as six pots lights to make it nice and bright. You will enjoy a queen-sized bed and a nice living area with a leather sofa bed. You have a standing shower and toilet combo. This space can run hot or cold depending on the season. This is for two reasons: it is a basement and it has three air vents coming directly from the furnace into a small space. You are in full control of the vents and I invite you to open or close them as needed.
