COVID-ready with hand sanitizer pumps and extra products in the unit. Off Banff's main street, this home is the perfect way to take in Canada's most famous and beautiful National Park. 4 large bedrooms can perfectly accommodate groups of friends, large families or corporate retreats with ample privacy and living space. Whether having dinner at home, watching a movie after hiking or skiing, or coming to relax and explore, this home meets all your needs. Free parking for 4 cars. This newly renovated and redecorated home offers the best of mountain life with fresh designs in a tranquil atmosphere. All bedrooms have their own full bathrooms with showers/tubs, so guests can have their privacy and space when needed. On the ground floor you will find a spacious kitchen, bar, living and dining room, as well as a bedroom with 2 queen beds. On the second floor, there are 3 large bedrooms all with king beds and private bathrooms. The newly built back deck offers a BBQ with seating for friends and family to relax and take in the mountain air.

The neighbourhood is a quiet residential area with young families all around. The home is only 2 blocks away from Banff Ave, offering shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, galleries and more. Getting around: Buses are available on Banff Ave, but taxis and bikes are the best way around town if you don't have your own car. Other things to note: Our property manager lives in a separate suite in the basement of the home. It is accessed through a separate entrance and is completely separate from the main section of the property. You will likely never see or hear the tenant during your stay.
