Short walk to Haidilao Hotpot on Broadway and easy access to UBC and King Edward Sky Station. Downtown is just a 20-minute bus ride away. The place has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, bright living room, and a kitchen. Amenities include laundry, dryer, floor heating, and security systems. Suitable for clean, smoke-free and pet-free tenants.
