“Location is very good as you are out of DT but can get central in 15 minutes. Food and shopping nearby. Room was very clean and pretty new. Spacious bedroom and bath (Rm #1 of 3) well laid out. Quiet overnight and shared kitchen was very helpful.”

Birch Woods House is a newly-built stylish house located in a peaceful and quite seaside community in Stratford. The rooms are in the walkout basement of the house, with a king/queen size bed and a private full bathroom. It takes 5 minutes to the beach by walk, 6 minutes to downtown by driving, and 8 minutes to a great golf course.
