Private Room with King Bed + Private Washroom & Shared Living Space This cozy room features a comfortable king bed and a private washroom, offering you a relaxing and private stay. It’s part of a two-bedroom unit in our family home, with shared access to the living space. Access Information: The room is located at the back of the house. Upon arrival, follow the concrete blocks on your right-hand side, which will lead you to the private entry at the back. Please take care when using the stairs. In the Shared Living Area, You’ll Find: Entertainment: TV with Netflix. Kitchenette Essentials: Mini fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, and water dispenser. Comfort: Sofa bed and dining table for dining or relaxation. Please Note: We have a small child at home, so there may be occasional family sounds. If you're particularly sensitive to noise, we recommend other accommodations. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to hosting you!
Family with a little kid. We love travel, reading, music, movie and hiking.
Nice quiet neighborhood, walking 2 minutes to the Pacific Spirit Regional Park (Sasamat Trail Picnic Area), close to YVR / UBC/ St.George's School. Walking 10 minutes to the Dunbar Community Center / London Drugs/ Reastaurants/ Theatre /Vancouver Public Library/ Cafe. 15 minutes drive to YVR, 18 minutes drive to Downtown Vancouver. 5 minutes drive to UBC.
