I LIVE IN THE BASEMENT SUITE AND ABLE TO HELP AS NEEDED I.E Technology etc. THERE ARE NO SHARED SPACES (except front entrance). PRIVACY ASSURED! Stunning view overlooking the Thames River on paved nature trail. 1600sqft private guest space plus deck and patio. Quiet. Very Clean. Open Concept. Large bedroom with double sided fireplace with large ensuite . MINIMUM 2 VAX STATUS.PROOF IS REQUIRED EITHER BEFORE OR UPON ARRIVAL. I AM FULLY VACCINATED AND BOOSTED. Different pricing policies for photoshoots, special events. Quiet. Very Clean. Casual-Contemporary. Private. Views of river and nature. Large bedroom with ensuite. Hot Tub. Queen memory bed, home theatre, dining room, fully supplied kitchen with new appliances, coffee nook, smart home, highspeed wireless, patio with fireplace and BBQ, deck. Bedroom streaming TV. Artwork features Group of Seven (Ontario), Europe and Italy. I am available to help as needed i.e. technology. I may also perform outdoor maintenance using the shared front entrance. Private spaces are marked, guests have full access to kitchen, dining, home theatre and suite totally over 1600 sqft. In addition there is approximately 700 sqft of exterior patio/deck areas exclusive for guest use (I may water plants or remove snow!) Concierge On Site! I greet upon arrival, provide orientation, then leave you to enjoy! I provide you with as much privacy as possible. I may access my office or use front entrance. I am available to help ensure you have an awesome stay! NE London the bank of the Thames River - a major river in SW Ontario. The property backs on to conservation land with walking pathways along the river in both directions. Greyrock is a very quiet street at the back of a large subdivision development. The houses are well maintained with relatively mature gardens. I accept cash at the door or e-transfer PRIOR to arrival. VISA (temporary), go to Lodgify and search for 127Greyrockcres. Then book.
I have been a Super Host with Airbnb for 5 years - hosting over 350 guests. I have decided to part ways with Airbnb and establish my listing on other sites. I am a single professional who takes pride in my property and the guest experience. I will greet at arrival, provide the entry code and give you a short tour/orientation. I require prepayment prior to the 5 day cancellation policy.
The property is located along the Thames River in an exclusive neighborhood of well maintained properties and is very quiet. I have a paved trail behind my home and within 2 minutes walk and perfect for biking, roller blading etc.
