You'll love the basement of this modern, spacious home, conveniently located in Quebec City. The basement is at your complete disposal. It includes a large sleeping area, a full bathroom with laundry facilities, a dining table, a TV, a work desk and a refrigerator. In addition to the basement, you'll have access to certain *shared* rooms on the first floor : kitchen and backyard. The unit is less than 10 minutes by car from grocery stores, shopping centers, the municipal pool and some parks. And less than 20 minutes by car from tourist attractions such as Montmorency Falls, Old Quebec, the Plains of Abraham, etc. *Bus stop at the corner of the property.
Quiet neighbourhood at close proximity to several main streets and near highway.
