Your family will appreciate the simple and quick access from this accommodation to the center of everything. - spacious, comfortable and fully equipped accommodation. - central air conditioning, central heating. - high speed internet, 2 55 and 50 inch 4k tv with iptv installed (all tv channels plus movies and series) - workspace for teleworking - washer-dryer upstairs - furnished terrace plus BBQ - backyard - two private parking spaces. - very peaceful residential area.

It is a quiet and peaceful residential area ideal for families or people looking for tranquility. The address is close to the DIx 30 shopping center. The Champlain Bridge, quick access to Montreal and its city center and the rest of its attractions, is two minutes away. The address is located in a strategic place close to the main axes (highway 10, highway 30 and 132) You can use your car, bicycle and public transport (REM and bus whose stop is 2 minutes walk from the address (schedules available on the internet "gle")
