Newly built 2 bedroom entire basement suite, 3 Beds suite Sleeps 5 , located in Delta , right on the sweet spot of living closest to downtown , yet peaceful . free parking , fully equipped Kitchen and full laundry perfect for a family vacation or a Business trip. Non-smoking availability only. Strictly No Parties. Checkout before 11am.
We love to make friends and socialize. We also appreciate and fully respect the private space that guests need. Whatever you prefer, we live to provide an unmatched experience to our guests. Delta is a city of 100,000 people (2016) in Vancouver's southern suburbs. It is a large area which includes three separate built-up areas: Tsawwassen, Ladner and North Delta. It is surrounded by water on three sides, the Strait of Georgia to the west, Fraser river, to the north, and Boundary Bay to the south. The city of Surrey makes up the eastern border.
