The space • This downstairs guest suite sleeps up to 4 people • Private, separate entry from rear • Plenty of free open street parking; 1 driveway space available (please let me know in advance) • Fully furnished suite with brand new furnishings • Queen bed in Bedroom 1; double bed in Bedroom 2 • Open sitting area with small sofa and dining table • Equipped for basic cooking • Full Jack-and-Jill bathroom (shower, hand soap, shampoo, and fresh towels) • Washer and dryer available for free use • Security cameras around exterior of the property Guest access • The unit is self check-in with code. • You'll have exclusive use of the entire downstairs suite with your own private entrance in the rear. • Feel free to use the backyard. • Hot tub can be set up for your use for an additional fee. Please let me know in advance. (48 hours notice at least). Other things to note • Paid airport pick-up/drop-off may be available, schedule permitting

Killarney, one of the best communities in the City of Vancouver. Super safe and quiet. I always leave my packages/bikes/stuff outdoors and never once has anything been stolen. Walking: • Close to bus routes ( #R4,#26, #19, #N19, #41,#27 & #49) •Close to Skytrain station Joyce-Collingwood • 5 mins to shopping, grocery stores (Safeway, London Drugs etc), banks (RBC, CIBC, TD, Vancity etc) and restaurants (500 meters away from Kingsway, tons of restaurants around) • 10 mins to Killarney community centre (gym, pool, ice skating rink, park) By bus: • Rapid Bus R4 direct to UBC and Joyce-Collingwood Skytrain Station • Bus 26 direct to Joyce-Collingwood Skytrain station • Bus 19 direct to Stanley Park (through Downtown) or Metrotown • Night Bus N19 direct to downtown, Stanley Park, Metrotown and Surrey Centre. • Bus 41 direct to Kerrisdale, Dunbar (through Vancouver West) • Bus 49 direct to Langara 49th Skytrain station and Metrotown Skytrain station • Bus 27 direct to north side of Vancouver and Burnaby Central Park.
