Welcome to our luxurious 4-bedroom retreat in the heart of Richmond hill, blending modern elegance with comfort and accessibility. with 4 tastefully designed bedrooms, our newly built home is perfect for large groups or families, offering plenty of space for relaxation. conveniently located, it provides easy access to highways, public transit, walking distance to Costco and restaurant. 10 mins drive to Lake Wilcox
please note: our basement is now renovating during July, it might have noise during day time 9:00am-6:00pm, and our workers might use powder room at front door, no problem during the night. i would offer 20% discount for July and waive the cleaning fee, if you accept, please contact me for adjust price. thank you so much for your understanding
